Meat and poultry cooked in a rotisserie are not only tender, moist, and flavorful, but also better for you! Fat drips off and the food is evenly exposed to moist heat so is less likely to be overcooked or undercooked. Our electrics buyer swears by this rotisserie for making fabulous, succulent chicken and duck.
