Paolo Bulzoni si è arreso ieri mattina alla malattia, con la quale ha lottato per due anni, con forza e dignità. Con lo stile di un uomo da anni in prima linea nella ristorazione, impeccabile. Paolo Bulzoni avrebbe compiuto 80 anni il mese prossimo, era la risposta ad Altero: uno quadrato, l’altro a spicchi.The idea della pizza in questo modo gli Tagliata Venne nel 1994, quando apri nonlocal nuovo in Piazza Saffi, Sotto il proprio municipio: The pizzeria chiamò Sole, ed è stata l'ultimo uomo di che ha lasciato a place un'impronta at Tanti.
